Return & Exchange Policy

At GREY EDGE, we understand that preferences may change, and satisfaction is paramount. Our return policy is designed to provide you with clear guidance on the steps to take if you decide to make a return or exchange a product. By maintaining a straightforward approach, we aim to build trust and reassure you that your confidence in us is well-placed.
Whether you've had a change of heart about your purchase or encountered a product-related issue, our goal is to facilitate a smooth and convenient return or exchange process. Your satisfaction matters, and we are here to ensure that your experience with GREY EDGE is consistently positive.

Return Policy

Please do not ship the items back to the return address provided on the original shipping label.

 

You have 14 buisness days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item. Once we approve and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), returns must be packed and shipped within 3 business days from issued date. Please note that our policy only applies to unused items with original packaging. Final sale items can not be return, exchange, or refunded. Please keep your proof of postage and/ or return tracking number when returning goods. We are not liable for any return packages that are lost and stolen in-transit.

**Please note, any skincare items may only quality for a return or an exchange if purchased the wrong item. Due to the nature of the product, opened, used, or products tampered with in any way will not be accepted for returns. 

How do I request a RMA for my return?

To request a RMA, please use our Return Form. Once you had filled out the form and submitted, we will reviewed your request and send you the instruction for mailing back the items. (Remember to not ship the items back to the return address provided on the original shipping label.)

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we had receive the package. The refund will be issued as the original form of payment. The original shipping fee will not be reimbursable. Final sale items will not qualify for a refund.

What items are final sale?

All items listed as "Final Sale" on the product listing cannot be return, exchange, or refunded.

Can I exchange items?

Exchanges are not available. Instead you may return your original item by mail using our online returns portal and repurchase any available item on our site.

Damaged/ Wrong Item(s) Return

If the item you received is defective, please contact our Customer Support Team and attach evidential documents to show its defect. For a smooth process, please provide us with the order number, name of the product and a clear picture of the item showing the defect. A defective item can be attributed to one of the following factors:

  • Wrong Item Sent

  • Defective / Damaged
